Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration

Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering an Account, including full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. You are required to notify suria88 promptly if any registered information changes.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the suria88 Platform at any time. The existence of multiple Accounts registered to the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple Accounts are detected, suria88 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and void any pending or historical bonus claims.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. suria88 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account credentials by a third party. You must notify suria88 immediately upon becoming aware of any suspected unauthorised access to your Account.

suria88 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional layer of Account security.

4.4 Account Verification

suria88 may at any time — and will do so prior to processing a first withdrawal — request identity verification documentation. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad or passport and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

Deposits & Payments

suria88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through the following supported payment channels: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX, Maybank transfer, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20, Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB).

• All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The current minimums are displayed on the Deposit screen at the time of transaction.
• Deposits made via e-walets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are credited instantly under normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfers via FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or Hong Leong are typically processed within 5–10 minutes following bank confirmation.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the requisite number of blockchain confirmations, typically 15–30 minutes for USDT TRC20.
• suria88 does not charge deposit fees. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which suria88 bears no responsibility.
• Deposits made for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose are strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.

Withdrawals & KYC

6.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the Player's verified payment method of choice, denominated in MYR. Typical processing timelines are as follows:

• E-walets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost): within minutes of approval during standard operating hours.
• Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): within 1–3 business days of approval.

6.2 KYC Requirements

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the suria88 Platform are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules supplement these general rules and are accessible within the relevant betting or gaming section of the Platform.

• Bets are accepted only if the Player's Account holds sufficient Real Money or Bonus Funds at the time of placement.
• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be amended or cancelled except where suria88 makes an explicit cancellation facility available for specific market.
• suria88 reserves the right to void bets placed on obviously incorrectly priced markets, whether arising from a technical error, human input error, or data feed failure.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the suria88 Platform. Breach of these provisions constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering or using an Account under a false identity or on behalf of another person.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions in games or the betting system for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.

Responsible Gambling

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any part of the Platform without the express prior written consent of suria88.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, suria88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including:

• Loss of winings resulting from technical malfunctions, server outages, or third-party infrastructure failures.

Nothing in these Terms limits suria88's liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Suspension & Termination

suria88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Regulatory requirement or court order.
• At the Player's own request (including for self-exclusion purposes).

Upon closure of an Account for breach, suria88 reserves the right to withold any balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, suria88 may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable law and its internal compliance framework.

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily for any reason — including responsible gambling — may do so by contacting suria88 support. Real Money balances in good standing will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through suria88's internal complaints process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable territory.

suria88 operates its Platform for players in markets where access to online gambling is not restricted. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

Amendments

suria88 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material in nature, suria88 will endeavour to notify registered Players via the contact email address on record.

Continued use of the suria88 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.
